Premium Tunisian Olive Oil, Sourced in Bulk & Brokered with Trust
TOOT connects international bulk buyers directly with vetted Tunisian olive oil producers — extra virgin (EVOO), organic and lampante, with lab-verified COA, blind samples and one dedicated point of contact from RFQ to container delivery.
One trusted broker between your business and Tunisia's olive groves
International bulk buyers face real risks: inconsistent quality, opaque pricing, and intermediaries who vanish after the first shipment. TOOT eliminates that risk — we personally know every producer in our network and stay accountable through every transaction.
Vetted producers only
We work exclusively with Tunisian mills and estates we know personally — verified for capacity, organic certifications and batch consistency before we ever offer their oil.
Blind sampling & lab COA
Receive coded samples plus an independent Certificate of Analysis — free acidity, peroxide value, polyphenols, K232/K270 — so every purchase decision is based on objective data, not promises.
Single point of contact
One dedicated broker handles sampling, price negotiation, dual contracts (buyer + producer), export documentation and logistics — no gaps, no confusion, full accountability.
Transparent specifications
Every offer includes grade, IOC/USDA standard, varietal, region, harvest year and packaging format — defined in writing before you commit to a single litre.
End-to-end logistics
Flexitanks, IBCs, drums or private-label bottling — shipped FOB Sfax/Tunis, CIF or DDP to your port. We coordinate inspections, phytosanitary certificates and customs paperwork.
Structured for repeat supply
From a first 5-tonne trial lot to a full-season supply contract, we structure pricing, delivery schedules and quality guarantees that scale with your volume.
Match the right Tunisian olive oil varietal to your market
Tunisia grows across three distinct climate zones — the north, central plains and arid south — each producing olive oil with unique chemical profiles. Understanding these varietals helps buyers specify exactly what they need.
Chemlali ~70% of production
Tunisia's dominant cultivar. A robust, fruity extra virgin olive oil with characteristic bitterness and pungency. The backbone of Tunisian bulk EVOO exports — reliable volume, consistent quality, strong harvest-to-harvest availability.
Chetoui Northern Tunisia
Intensely pungent and peppery with green-fruit character and very high polyphenol content (often 300–500+ mg/kg). Highly sought by premium and health-positioned markets in Europe and North America.
Oueslati Central Tunisia
Balanced and versatile — mild bitterness, delicate fruitiness, medium polyphenols. A reliable all-rounder for retail EVOO, food service accounts and large-scale distribution across diverse markets.
Zarrazi Southern Tunisia
Milder and sweeter with nutty undertones. Lower polyphenol content makes it ideal for industrial blending, soft-profile retail lines and buyers targeting gentler palates in Asia and the Gulf.
From specification to recurring container — 5 clear steps
Every TOOT transaction follows the same transparent process, designed to protect buyers and ensure quality at every stage.
Submit your RFQ
Share your grade (EVOO/organic/lampante), target acidity, volume, packaging format and destination port.

We send coded samples from 2–3 matched producers with full COAs. You evaluate objectively.

Independent analysis confirms free acidity, peroxide value, polyphenols and spectrophotometric data to IOC standards.

Frequently asked questions about bulk Tunisian olive oil sourcing
What is the minimum order quantity for bulk Tunisian olive oil?
We accommodate orders from 5 metric tonne trial lots (suitable for quality evaluation and lab testing) up to full multi-container season contracts. A standard 20ft flexitank shipment carries approximately 22,000 litres (≈20 MT). Contact us with your target volume and we will match you with the right producer and packaging format.
What does a Certificate of Analysis (COA) include for olive oil?
Each COA covers: free acidity (%), peroxide value (meq O₂/kg), UV absorption coefficients (K232, K270, ΔK), fatty acid profile, wax content and organoleptic assessment. For organic lots, the organic certification document is included. All analysis is conducted by accredited independent laboratories to IOC and EU Reg. 2568/91 standards.
Can I get blind samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes — this is standard practice. We send coded (blind) samples from 2–3 matched producers so you can evaluate quality, aroma and taste objectively without supplier bias. Each sample ships with its corresponding COA. You only identify the supplier after selecting your preferred lot.
Which olive oil certifications does Tunisia offer?
Tunisia can supply: EU Organic (EC 834/2007), USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal and GlobalG.A.P. certificates depending on the producer. Standard export documentation includes EUR.1 movement certificate, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and commercial invoice. Specify your certification requirements in the RFQ and we confirm availability per lot.
What Incoterms and packaging formats are available?
We supply under Incoterms 2020: FOB (Port of Sfax or Tunis), CIF or DDP to your destination port. Packaging options: flexitanks (22,000 L/container), IBC totes (1,000 L), steel or HDPE drums (200 L), and private-label glass bottles or tins (250 ml – 5 L). Minimum order quantities vary by format.
Why is Tunisian olive oil considered high quality for bulk buyers?
Tunisia is the world's #1 organic olive oil producer and second-largest global exporter, with 1.8 million hectares of olive groves — two-thirds farmed organically. Olives are 100% hand-picked, and the Mediterranean climate produces oils with exceptional polyphenol profiles (especially Chetoui, 300–500+ mg/kg) at competitive bulk pricing compared to Italian or Spanish EVOO.
How does TOOT's brokerage model protect buyers?
TOOT operates as a dedicated commission broker — we do not buy or sell oil ourselves. We execute two separate contracts: one with the producer (guaranteeing quality, delivery and no direct buyer contact) and one with the buyer (guaranteeing communication exclusively through us, transparent pricing and COA delivery). This structure ensures accountability at every step and protects both parties.
